π Work hours: Monday to Friday, 7.30 am to 4.30 pm PST
π οΈ What Youβll Be Doing
- Lead the technical direction of a customer portal serving thousands of users across multiple locations, ensuring scalability and reliability.
- Design and implement full-stack solutions using Next.js, React.js, Node.js, Nest.js, and PostgreSQL, balancing performance with maintainability.
- Architect and oversee event-driven systems on AWS, leveraging services like Lambda, API Gateway, and S3 to deliver high-availability solutions.
- Guide and mentor a team of developers, promoting best practices, clean architecture, and collaborative engineering culture.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI) to automate build, test, and deployment processes, ensuring consistent delivery quality.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize applications using tools like Datadog, maintaining uptime and performance excellence.
β What You Need to Succeed
Must-haves
- 5+ years of professional experience in Full-Stack web development (React.js / Next.js / Node.js / Nest.js).
- 2+ years of experience in a Technical Lead or Architect role, defining architecture and guiding development teams.
- Strong knowledge of AWS services (Lambda, API Gateway, S3, RDS, etc.) and event-driven architectures.
- Proficiency in PostgreSQL, RESTful APIs, GraphQL, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in English.
- A mindset focused on ownership, scalability, and continuous improvement.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience working with design systems and component-based architecture.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar enterprise integrations.
- Exposure to customer-facing web platforms or large-scale SaaS environments.
- Passion for mentoring and elevating team technical standards.
