The Partner Sales Enablement Specialist will play a critical role in accelerating partner adoption of FreedomPay’s products and solutions through strategic relationship management, structured project execution, and cross-functional collaboration. This role is focused on driving indirect revenue growth via channel sales efforts and ensuring seamless enablement of partners through organized, scalable programs.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and excels at managing multiple initiatives simultaneously. They will be responsible for coordinating enablement efforts, supporting go-to-market planning, and fostering strong relationships with key partners and internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain results-driven relationships with key partners to drive demand and adoption of FreedomPay’s products.
- Lead and manage partner enablement initiatives, ensuring alignment with broader go-to-market strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support joint planning and execution of strategic programs.
- Serve as a central point of coordination for partner-related projects, ensuring timely delivery and clear communication across stakeholders.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between sales, marketing, product, and partner teams to support partner success.
- Track and report on partner enablement activities, identifying opportunities for improvement and scalability.
- Support the development and implementation of self-service resources and tools for partner managers and external partners.
- Act as the primary liaison for FreedomPay’s partnership leadership team and external partner contacts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher.
- 2–4 years of experience in a sales or customer success function within a SaaS or technology company.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships across internal and external teams.
- Self-starter with a proactive mindset and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to travel up to 20%.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus but not required.
