Software Engineer – ITAM & Cloud Platforms (EMEA)

Join Noventiq Northern Europe and help customers get control of their software & cloud spend.

We’re looking for a hands-on Software Engineer to build and evolve the platforms behind our IT Asset Management and FinOps services. You’ll collaborate with consultants and architects across our Northern Europe region and play a key role in delivering reliable, scalable solutions for our customers.

Location: London, Amsterdam or Warsaw (hybrid). We work with a “global expertise, local outcomes” mindset – you’ll collaborate across borders while staying close to your local market.

Your role as Software Engineer at Noventiq

At Noventiq, we help organisations gain visibility and control over their IT and cloud environments. As a Software Engineer on our ITAM & Cloud Platforms team, you’ll build and maintain the applications and integrations that make this possible. You’ll work closely with our consultants and project managers to understand customer needs and translate them into robust technical solutions.

You enjoy solving real-world challenges: connecting to external tools and cloud platforms, designing clean APIs, and turning large volumes of data into clear, actionable insights. You’re comfortable working in an international team, collaborating with colleagues across different time zones, and taking ownership from design to deployment.

Your key responsibilities

  • Design, build and maintain services that power our ITAM and FinOps solutions.
  • Collaborate with consultants and project managers to turn customer requirements into technical designs.
  • Develop integrations and APIs to connect our platforms with external systems and data sources.
  • Contribute to code reviews, technical design discussions and continuous improvements in our engineering practices.
  • Work with colleagues across Noventiq Northern Europe to deliver high-quality implementations on time.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot and improve the performance, reliability and security of our applications.
  • Stay current with relevant technologies and share your knowledge with the wider team.

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Professional experience developing in one or more of the following: Java, C#, or another modern JVM/.NET language.
  • Good understanding of web application development and RESTful APIs.
  • Experience working with relational databases (e.g. SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL) and writing efficient queries.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (such as Azure or AWS) and containerisation tools is a plus.
  • Comfortable with Git-based workflows and modern CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are an advantage.

What’s in it for you?

At Noventiq, you get more than a competitive salary and benefits package. You join an international team with the flexibility to work in a way that fits your life, aligned with our “more than just work” culture.

Depending on your location, our offer typically includes:

  • A competitive base salary aligned with your experience and local market.
  • A performance-related bonus scheme linked to personal and team objectives.
  • Hybrid or remote working options to support a healthy work–life balance.
  • Generous paid time off, with the possibility to purchase additional days annually.
  • A personal training budget and access to online learning platforms to support your development.
  • Company laptop and the tools you need to work effectively from home or the office.
  • A solid pension or retirement plan, depending on country regulations.

Life at Noventiq Northern Europe

You’ll be part of a diverse, expert team that enjoys collaborating, sharing knowledge and supporting each other. We work with customers across Benelux, the UK and the Nordics, making your work both varied and impactful.
