Location: Corona, CA Schedule: MondayâFriday, 2:15 PM â 11:00 PM (2nd Shift) Compensation: $20.00 â $24.00/hour (DOE) Employment Type: Full Time, Non-Exempt Department: Production Reports To: Production Manager Overview The Production Lead plays a key hands-on role in supporting daily manufacturing operations. This position is responsible for coordinating production personnel, overseeing start-up procedures, monitoring line performance, ensuring product quality, and maintaining safety and compliance standards. This role is 100% on the production floor and requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and a commitment to efficiency and safety. Responsibilities Lead and oversee production line setup and daily run-time operations. Ensure components match part numbers and quantities listed on pick lists and BOMs. Perform proper machine and line start-up procedures. Direct, guide, and motivate production team members to ensure productivity and quality. Ensure all personnel understand the product being produced and perform assigned tasks correctly. Participate in training and onboarding of new production personnel. Monitor and enforce adherence to production targets and timelines. Inspect packaging components, finished goods, and perform required physical tests (weights, torque, measurements, etc.). Enforce company safety requirements and GMP standards. Maintain accurate documentation for sanitized equipment, bulk materials, packaging components, and testing. Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment. Respond effectively to emergencies including fire, accidents, or earthquakes. Collaborate with other departments to improve production processes. Conduct routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs. Work overtime or weekends as required. Perform additional duties as assigned by management. Requirements Ability to read, comprehend, and write instructions Strong leadership, communication, and team-motivation skills Ability to operate hand tools effectively Familiarity with warehouse operations and safety protocols High attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions Strong problem-solving abilities Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams Ability to lift at least 20 lbs. with proper technique Ability to walk and stand for the entire shift Ability to handle bottles, caps, and various components for extended periods Ability to wear required PPE for long durations High school diploma or equivalent required Strong math and measurement skills (calculator, rulers, torque meters, scales) Minimum 2 years of production line lead and inspection experience preferred Nice to Have (optional) Bilingual in English\Spanish Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) with Generous Employer Match Paid Time Off Life Insurance Coverage Apply for this job
